South Devon Pond Maintenance

Our Full Pond Clean is a thorough, all-inclusive service designed for garden ponds, koi ponds, and water features that require dedicated attention. We recommend this service annually for most ponds, and here’s what it entails:

We start by carefully relocating your fish to temporary holding tanks filled with water from your pond to minimize their stress. Next, we completely drain the pond to access the bottom surface.

Using specialized equipment, we remove accumulated silt, debris, and stubborn algae. Our team thoroughly cleans the liner, rocks, and ornamental features. We also inspect and clean all pond equipment, including pumps, filters, and UV clarifiers, identifying and replacing any faulty components as needed.

Before refilling the pond, we inspect it for any damage to the liner or structure. Finally, we treat the water with the appropriate conditioners and gradually reintroduce your fish once the water parameters are stable.

This comprehensive service is recommended annually to ensure optimal pond health. Prices start at £250 + VAT for small ponds, £350 + VAT for medium ponds, and from £600 + VAT for larger ponds. Contact us for a free, customized quote.

We offer customised pond maintenance contracts tailored to the specific needs of your pond and lifestyle. Our experienced team visits your property on a regular schedule to perform essential tasks that keep your pond in peak condition year-round.

Monthly visits are recommended during the growing season (March–November). During the winter months, we adjust the frequency of visits to keep your pond healthy without unnecessary disruption. Every visit is documented, and we'll advise you on any additional treatments or repairs needed.
